(hereinafter referred to as "THECOMPANY") that created and manages this Website offers its services under the following terms of use, which the visitor/user of the Website pages is invited to read carefully and to visit/use its pages/services only if he accepts them in their entirety, which is considered valid if he does not object explicitly and in a timely manner to them, or if he finally makes use of theWebsite. Where rights, obligations and properties of the Website are mentioned, they are understood to be those of "ETHOS OF GAIA E.E.".

"ETHOS OF GAIA E.E." provides visitors/users of the Website, which is an online store with sustainable home decor items of all kinds and origins, as well as fragile and handmade items, unique pieces, and other similar commercial items and products. In addition, the pages of theWebsite include advertisements of all kinds. The existing services as well as any new services included in the future are subject to these terms of use. "ETHOS OF GAIA E.E." has the unrestricted ability to modify at any time the content of the websites it owns, to abolish the services provided by them and/or to create new ones without requiring prior notification of visitors/users and without the need for the relevant amendment of these Terms. These Terms of Use also include the Privacy Policy, which explains how the personal data of visitors/users/members is managed, in accordance with the applicable legal framework (EU REGULATION 2016/679 OF THE EUROPEAN PARLIAMENT AND OFTHE COUNCIL) as well as the Greek legislation on the Protection of Individuals with regard to the Processing of Personal Data (Law 2472/1997), as applicable following the amendments that have taken place.I

The other products or services mentioned on the electronic pages of this node and bearing the trademarks of the respective organizations, companies, partner organizations, associations or publications, constitute their own intellectual and industrial property and therefore these organizations bear the relevant responsibility. By subscribing to the relevant newsletter, the visitor/user will have the option to indicate whether he/she wishes to receive informational material about the latest news on the Website as well as about the new offers and events of "ETHOS OF GAIA E.E." Contracts through the online store are drawn up in the Greek language.INFORMATION & PRODUCTS PROVIDEDThe COMPANY is committed to the accuracy, truth and completeness of the information provided in the online store, with regard to the identity of the COMPANY as well as the transactions provided through the online store. The company, in the context of good faith, is not recompany informs that the photographic material posted on each product, for the best service to the user/customer, may have minor deviations from the final deliverable product and the company bears no responsibility for these exclusions. These minor deviations do not negate the nature and properties of the product, as they are described.

LIMITATION OF CONTRACTUAL LIABILITY

The COMPANY, within the framework of its transactions from the online store, is not responsible and is not liable for any damage or loss resulting from the cancellation of orders, from the non-execution or from the delay in their execution, for any reason. It does not guarantee the availability of the products displayed in the online store, but informs the interested customer based on the data held about the availability, or not, and undertakes in the event of a change in these data, to inform the customers within a reasonable time about the unavailability, in which case it does not bear any further responsibility, except for the cancellation of the orderand the refund of the money, provided that the payment process has been completed. IV. ORDER TERMS – OTHER INFORMATION

1. ETHOS OF GAIA automatically sends a confirmation email once the order is submitted, to the email address provided by the customer. 
2. There is an option to add a tick-box on the cart page to accept the Order Terms. It may also be mandatory before checkout.
   
3. The system supports order cancellation, shipment cancellation and immediate refund for online payments.
4. It is expressly stated that the submission of an order by the customer constitutes a request-invitation to enter into a legal transaction (sale) with the Company, and the Company accepts the request only after the payment for the product and its availability have been confirmed. It is clarified that the automatic order email does not constitute final acceptance if there is a technical error or lack of any kind.
5. The payment methods that will be active at checkout are: Payment by Card (Debit/ Credit orPrepaid Card), PayPal, Klarna & Bank Deposit. Credit card, debit card, bank account details, etc., are requested upon completion of the order and only if you choose the specific payment method. They are transmitted via a secure environment to the banking institution in order to complete your transaction. The management of your electronic transaction is processed through a secure transaction system. The above data is not stored by the Website. In order to implement the cardholder certification service, it may be necessary to transfer their card details to a third party provider, collaborating with the bank, who implements the completion of the card payment process.
6. The prices shown include 24% VAT and any other legal fee or tax. Prices may change without notice at regular intervals. It is expressly stated that the company has the irrevocable right not to execute the order, in case of obviously incorrect pricing, at its unaudited discretion.
7. The company may, at any time and at its unaudited discretion, cancel orders, if there is unavailability of the product, incomplete payment, technical error, suspicion of fraud, etc.
8. The Website may provide users with the opportunity to post public comments/reviews regarding the products sold by the Company on the Website. The content of the section where comments/reviews are allowed is purely entertainment and not informational. The Website in no way endorses the content of user posts, nor does it verify or verify the accuracy of the content posted by users, nor does it encourage visitors/users of the Website to accept the content of each post. All user posts reflect their personal views and not those of the Website or the Company. The above terms and conditions of use of the Website, as well as any amendment thereto, are governed and supplemented by Greek law, European Union law and relevant international treaties, and the company reserves for itself the right to unilaterally amend them at any time.“ETHOS OF GAIA E.E.” declares that it complies with Commission Recommendation (EU)2018/334 of 1 March 2018 on measures to effectively deal with illegal content online and theWebsite follows the above Recommendation to the extent that its provisions relate to its content and takes appropriate measures for its effective implementation. Any provision of the above terms that becomes contrary to the law shall automatically cease to be valid and shall be removed from this, without in any way affecting the validity of the other terms. This constitutes the entire agreement between “ETHOS OF GAIA E.E.” and the visitor/user of its pages and services and is binding only on them. No modification of these terms will be taken into account and will not form part of this agreement, if it has not been formulated in writing and has not been incorporated into it. Any dispute related in any way to the use of the Website with the services provided through it, will first be attempted to be resolved out of court. In the event of failure to achieve an out-of-court resolution of the dispute, the disputes and related issues will be resolved in the competent courts of Athens.
