Shipping Costs and Methods

Greece

Orders over €80 are shipped free of charge .

For orders less than 80€ the shipping costs are 3.90€ for all of Greece.

Orders for Greece are shipped immediately with cooperating couriers. according to our company's judgment.

You can also choose to have your order shipped to a BOX NOW Locker, with shipping costs of €2.50 for all of Greece. Our store will inform you of the pickup codes and the pickup point.

Cyprus

Orders over €120 are shipped free of charge.

For orders less than €120, shipping costs are €8.90 for all of Cyprus.

Orders for Cyprus are shipped immediately with cooperating couriers & according to our company's judgment.

You can also choose to have your order shipped to a BOX NOW Locker, with shipping costs of €2.50 for all of Cyprus. You will be informed by our store with the pickup codes as well as the pickup point.

All orders are processed by our company within 1-2 business days.

We do not handle, process or ship orders on weekends or bank (public) holidays.

If you are not at the destination address at the time of delivery, the delivery person will leave a note or send you a text message with their contact information to arrange a new meeting.

Please note that we cannot be held responsible and will not be able to refund your order if the address you provided is incorrect or incomplete. Packages returned to the company may be reshipped at your own expense.

Our products are shipped via tracking service . Once your package is delivered to the courier , we will forward you the tracking number . in your email . Please check your email and spam .

Estimated delivery times (Greece and Cyprus) 

Our goal is to process and ship orders as quickly as possible. Please see below for estimated delivery times per region as stated by the carrier:

Greece: 2 – 3 working days.

Cyprus: 7 – 12 days.

Once your package has been delivered to the courier company, we will send you the tracking number. Please check your email and spam.
