Greece

Orders over 80€ are shipped free of charge.

For orders under 80€, shipping costs are 3.90€ for all of Greece.

Orders for Greece are dispatched immediately with our partner couriers according to our company's discretion.

You can also choose to have your order shipped to a BOX NOW Locker, with shipping costs of 2.50€ for all of Greece. You will be informed by our store with the collection codes and the collection point.

Cyprus

Orders over 120€ are shipped free of charge.

For orders under 120€, shipping costs are 8.90€ for all of Cyprus.

Orders for Cyprus are dispatched immediately with our partner couriers & according to our company's discretion.

You can also choose to have your order shipped to a BOX NOW Locker, with shipping costs of 2.50€ for all of Cyprus. You will be informed by our store with the collection codes and the collection point.

All orders are processed by our company within 1-2 business days.

We do not handle, process, or ship orders on weekends or public holidays.

If you are not at the destination address at the time of delivery, the delivery person will leave a note or send you a text message with their contact details to arrange a new meeting.

Please note that we cannot be held responsible and will not be able to refund your order if the address you provided is incorrect or incomplete. Packages returned to the company can be re-sent at your expense.

Our products are shipped via a tracking service. As soon as your parcel is handed over to the courier, we forward the tracking number to your email. Please check your email and spam folder.

• Greek Islands: 1-2 days
• Remote Areas: 1-4 days
• Cyprus: 4 days
